“Riyad Bank” GA to start E-Voting on tomorrow

Riyad Bank announced that electronic voting on the items of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) will begin on Sunday, Ramadan 14, corresponding to March 24, 2024 AD, at 01:00 AM on Wednesday, Ramadan 10, corresponding to March 20, 2024 AD, and ends at the end of the assembly’s meeting time. All bank shareholders have the right to participate and vote remotely.

This comes in reference to Riyad Bank’s announcement on the Tadawul website on Shaaban 18, 1445 AH, corresponding to February 28, 2024 AD. Regarding the invitation of the Board of Directors of Riyad Bank to its shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at 10:30 pm on Sunday, Ramadan 14, 1445 AH, corresponding to March 24, 2024 AD, in person and through modern technological means.
