NADEC Elects 7 Members to Its BOD

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) disclosed the outcomes of its 38th Ordinary General Assembly’s first meeting on Wednesday. Conducted through digital platforms at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, the Assembly ratified the election of seven nominees to the Board of Directors for the forthcoming term. This new tenure is set to begin on April 11, 2024, and will extend over four years, concluding on April 10, 2028. The elected board members are:

• Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh Alrebdi

• Mr. Ahmed Saud Shahini

• Mr. Amr Abdulaziz Aljallal

• Mr. Khalid Salem Alrowais

• Mr. Nasser Zaid Almeshary

• Mr. Issa Saleh Alhurimmees

• Mr. Alaa Abdullah Alhashem

Additionally, the Assembly endorsed the Audit Committee’s Report for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2021
