MEFIC REIT signs contract with Value Experts to manage, operate property in Riyadh
Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital) announced on Sunday an update of the terms and conditions of the MEFIC REIT Fund as of 1/03/2024. MEFIC REIT fund has signed a management and operation agreement to manage and operate the Dhiyafa property with “Value Expert”. The management and operation contract will extend for one year, subject to renewal; Dhiyafa property comprise15 commercial units.
