Keir International announced on Monday the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, Mr. Yazeed bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud (Independent member), from his position, effective March 25, 2024, due to personal reasons.
