GIG agrees to amend Articles of Association
The Board of Directors of Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) announced on Sunday that the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) approved amending the Company’s Articles of Association to adapt to the new corporate regulation.
And the approval of the amendment of Article (3) of the Company’s Articles of Association related to Purpose of the Company by adding protection and savings activity.
