Chubb Insurance Board of Directors Recommends Against Cash Dividend Distribution for 2023″

Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors recommended to the General Assembly of the company’s shareholders, the date of which will be announced later, not to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2023.

The Company said that it is not recommending distribution because of the continuous support, future growth of the business, and preservation of the solvency margin.
