Bawan BOD distribute SAR 51 mln in cash dividends for H2 of 2023

Bawan Co. announced on Sunday, the board of director’s decision to distribute cash dividends for the second half of the year 2023, with a total of SAR 51 mln in cash; the share of the distribution will be 0.85 riyals, with a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share of 8.5%.

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 60 million shares, and the distribution date will be April 29, 2024.

The entitlement shall be for the shareholders who own the shares at the close of trading on April 3, 2024, and as per the shareholders’ registration in the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the 2nd trading day following the entitlement date.
