AMAK Renews Multi-Year Sales Deal with Glencore International Until December 2026

The Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) informed its esteemed shareholders on Wednesday of the sanctioned extension of its multi-year sales contract with Glencore International AG. This extension ensures the continued sale of 100% of the zinc and copper concentrates produced by AMAK’s mining activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Under the renewed agreement, AMAK will keep delivering its products for an additional 24 months, extending the partnership until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of further extension upon mutual consent.

Additionally, Glencore is set to persist in providing essential technical services for AMAK’s mining operations, aimed at enhancing operational flexibility and maximizing product value.
