Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. Appoints Badr Al-Awjan as Chairman and Rasheed Bin Owain as Deputy

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company announced on Monday the appointment of Eng. Badr Bin Hamed Al-Awjan as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Dr. Rasheed Bin Rashed Bin Saad Bin Owain as his deputy. Additionally, Mr. Ahmed Mounir Al-Salawi has been appointed as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

During its meeting held on March 24, 2024, the Board of Directors made several key decisions for the new session:

1. Executive Committee:

• Eng. Badr Bin Hamed Al-Awjan

• Mr. Omar bin Riyad bin Mohammed Al-Humaidan

• Dr. Rasheed Bin Rashed Bin Saad Bin Owain

2. Nomination and Remuneration Committee:

• Mr. Miqad Abdullah Abdulmohsen Alkhamis

• Mr. Ali Riyad Mohammad Al-Humaidan

• Dr. Rasheed Bin Rashed Bin Saad Bin Owain

3. Audit Committee:

• Mr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Yassin Al-Sheikh

• Mr. Omar bin Riyad bin Mohammed Al-Humaidan

• Mr. Miqad Abdullah Abdulmohsen Alkhamis

4. Appointment of Representatives:

• Capital Market Authority and Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul):

• Eng. Mazen Abdullah Mohammed Badawood

• Mr. Ahmed Mounir Al-Salawi

These resolutions are effective from the commencement of the new session of the Board of Directors on March 22, 2024, and will continue until March 21, 2027, for a period of three years
