“Al Hammadi” BOD decides distributing cash dividends for Q4,2023

Al Hammadi Holding Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023, amounting to 56 million riyals, equivalent to 3.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 160 million shares, at 0.35 riyals per share, while the eligibility date is March 25, 2024, and the distribution date is April 4, 2024.
