Tabuk Agricultural Development Company Inks SAR 16.12 Million Contract with Wafrah for Industrial Potato Sale

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company announced on Wednesday the signing of a contract with “Wafrah for Industry and Development Company” for the sale of Tabuk’s industrial potato product, amounting to 16,120,000 Saudi Riyals, exclusive of transportation costs and value-added tax.

In a statement released today on Tadawul, the company disclosed that the agreement entails Tabuk Agricultural Development Company supplying specified quantities of industrial potatoes to Wafrah for Industry and Development Company as per the mutually agreed supply schedule outlined in the contract. This agreement marks a continuation of the ongoing business relationship between the two entities across multiple sectors.

The company further elucidated that the positive financial impact stemming from this contract is anticipated to reflect on the company’s financial statements during the fourth quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
