Sure to move from parallel market to main market

Sure Global Tech Co announced on Sunday the decision of its Board of Directors dated 21-02-2024, which includes approval for the company’s transfer from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market.

The Company would also like to point out that the move to the main market is subject to the approval of the Saudi Financial Market and is conditional on fulfilling all requirements imposed by the market and stipulated in the listing rules.
