Roland Busch, CEO of the German company Siemens, said on Thursday that the shipping crisis in the Red Sea and its impact on global supply chains has had “practically no impact” on the company so far.
According to Reuters, Bush added to reporters after the German engineering group announced its first-quarter profits, “The experience of our teams, combined with the most advanced data analytics, is what helps us overcome this challenge in a situation like this.”
Bush pointed out that the company’s local supply chains also work to reduce risks.
