Saudi General Directorate of Passports launches Visitor ID for the Kingdom’s visitors

General Directorate of Passports launched a digital visitor document (Visitor ID), which in the first stage will cover family visits, investors, businessmen and tourists coming to the Kingdom, provided that it is optional linked to the visitor’s activation of the (Absher) service.

The service is optionally activated for the visitor at all the Kingdom’s air, sea and land ports, through the entry fingerprint and the visitor’s data, which includes his identity (name, photo, and border number), provided that the digital document is ready in the visitor’s (Absher) account if activated with a Saudi mobile number at the port or after arrival.
