Riyadh Cables approves appointment of KPMG as company’s auditor

Riyadh Cables Group Co. announced on Monday the results of the ordinary General Assembly meeting, (First Meeting), which held on Sunday 04/02/2024 through modern technical means.

Voting Results:

– Approval of the appointment of “KPMG” an external auditor among the candidates based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation. The appointed auditors shall examine, review, and audit the (First, Second and Third) quarters and the annual financial statements of the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, in addition to the first quarter of 2026, along with determining their fees.
