“National Building & Marketing” announces start of electronic voting on its Assembly’s items

The National Construction and Marketing Company announced the start of electronic voting on the Assembly’s agenda items, starting at one o’clock in the morning on Monday, February 26, 2024, and ending at the end of the Assembly’s meeting time.

This comes in reference to the company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on February 8, 2024, which included an invitation to shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held at exactly seven o’clock in the evening on Thursday, February 29, 2024, via modern technological means.
