MEFIC REIT distributes SAR 5.8 mln in cash dividends for 2023

MEFIC Capital announced on Monday the distribution of cash dividends SAR 5.8 mln in cash to the Unitholders of MEFIC REIT Fund for the period from 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, equivalent to 0.8% of the net asset value.

The number of existing units on which cash distributions will be made reached 73.2 million units at a rate of 0.08 riyals, provided that the eligibility for cash distributions is for unit owners according to the unit owners’ register at the end of February 15, and the dividends will be paid within (20) business days post the eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with capital market Institution where their accounts are being held to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
