Mayar Holding Subsidiary Inks Deal with Hunter Industries for Manufacturing and Distribution Technology of Irrigation System Products

Mayar Holding announced today, February 4, 2024, that its subsidiary, “Saudi Drip Irrigation Company,” has signed an exclusive agency contract with the American company Hunter Industries to manufacture Hunter Industries’ products for agricultural, residential and commercial irrigation systems, golf courses, and water and energy-saving solutions for irrigation systems, distribution technology, and manufacturing sectors. allocated at the company’s factory in Riyadh for a period of 5 years.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the financial impact of this contract will be positive in the long term, indicating that the financial impact on the financial results of Mayar Holding is expected to begin as of Q4 of the fiscal year 2024.

It further explained that the Saudi Drip Irrigation Company manufactures Hunter Industries products to meet the needs of the Saudi market and export to various neighbouring countries.
