The United States ranked eighth at a cost of 52.5 riyals per capita, Germany and France ranked 12th and 13th at a cost of 48.62 riyals per capita, and the United Kingdom ranked 17th at a cost of 47.4 riyals per capita, followed by Japan in 22nd place at a cost of 45.2 riyals, and China also ranked 54th at a cost of 26 riyals. Turkey and Egypt ranked 74th and 75th at a cost of 18.3 and 18.2 riyals per capita, and then Russia ranked 84th at a cost of 16.5 riyals per capita.
At the level of the Gulf countries, the UAE and Qatar ranked 18th and 19th at a cost of 46.9 riyals per capita and 46.3 riyals. Kuwait also ranked 23rd at a cost of 42.6 riyals per capita, and Oman ranked 37th at a cost of 34.10 riyals.
India ranked 90th on the list at a cost of 13.5 riyals per capita, and Iran ranked 94th on the list at a cost of 5.6 riyals per capita.
