Clean Life Purchases Commercial Land for Building Employees Accommodation at SAR 4.5 mln

Clean Life Co. announced on Tuesday that it Purchased commercial land for the purpose of building employees’ accommodation at the value of 4,500,000 Saudi Riyal, with a total area of 1500 sqm.

The company said that the expected financial impact of the Transaction on the Company and Its Operations is an increase in Asset value and a decrease in rent expense.

It is worth noting that the parties to the Transaction are: Seller: Abdullah Mohammed Alsabah

Buyer: Clean Life Co.
