City Cement BOD decides to distribute 56 million riyals in cash dividends for H2, 2023

City Cement Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2023 AD, and from the balance of retained earnings, with a total amount distributed of 56 million riyals, with the share of the distribution being 0.40 riyals, and a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 4%.

The company said that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 140 million, and that the distribution date will be Monday, March 4.

It was decided that the eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares on the maturity date, Monday, 02/19/2024 AD, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder registry at the Securities Depository Center in Tadawul at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
