Cenomi Centers Unveils U Walk Jeddah, the First-of-Its-Kind Hybrid Mall in the City

Cenomi Centers announced on Sunday the Grand Opening event of U Walk Jeddah, held on the evening of Thursday, February 15th. U Walk Jeddah introduces the city’s pioneering hybrid mall concept, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor retail experiences.

Situated in the Al Zahar district with convenient access via major roads, U Walk Jeddah spans 60,000sqm of GLA, housing 136 stores spanning fashion, food & beverage, and entertainment. Additionally, it features a parking facility accommodating 1,250 vehicles.

This captivating venture has garnered significant interest from brand partners and potential tenants, resulting in approximately 80% pre-leasing, with further openings scheduled over the upcoming months. Leading F&B and lifestyle brands such as Nike, Bershka, Starbucks, and 19V69 Versace have already commenced operations prior to the Grand Opening, with more renowned brands like Victoria’s Secret, Adidas, Zara, and Lululemon set to follow suit. Numerous brands are slated to launch in the weeks leading up to pre-Ramadan trading.

Cenomi Centers also announced on Tadawul today that the financial impact of this center will reflect on the company’s financial statements starting from the 1st quarter of 2024.
