BinDawood: Ahmed BinDawood Appointed to Fill BOD Vacant Seat

BinDawood Holding Company announced the approval of the Board of Directors (BOD) by circulation to appoint Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood as an (executive) member of the vacant seat on the BOD from February 12, 2024, until the end of the current BOD session ending on May 7, 2025.

Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood holds a bachelor’s degree in international business administration from King Abdulaziz University. He enjoys long experience in the retail sector during which he held many leadership positions, in addition to his membership in the BOD of many companies locally and internationally in different sectors.

The BOD’s approval is not final and the appointment will be presented to the first General Assembly for approval.
