Banan Real Estate agrees to amend Audit Committee bylaws

Banan Real Estate Company announced on Monday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, (First Meeting). It included approval of amending the Audit Committee bylaws.

The rest of the voting results on the Assembly’s agenda were as follows:

– Approval of membership policies, standards and procedures for the Board of Directors.

– Approval of the criteria for the competition of a member of the Board or a member of one of the committees for the company’s business or its branches of activity.

– Approval of the work regulations of the Board of Directors.
