Ataa: Commencement of Dividend Distribution for the Year Ending July 31, 2023, on February 11

Ataa Educational announced on Sunday to its esteemed shareholders that profits will be distributed by transferring to the shareholders’ accounts linked to their investment portfolios with local banks as of Sunday, 11/02/2024, and we advise our shareholders to update their data before the date of distribution to ensure that profits are deposited in their accounts.

This comes referring to the results of the general assembly meeting published on Tadawul website on 30/01/2024, which included an approval to the distribution of dividends to shareholders for the financial year ending on 07/31/2023 with a total value of (46,295,936) Saudi riyals with a dividend per share of (1.10) Saudi riyals at the rate of (11%) of the nominal share value,. The date of dividend payment will be determined later.
