Arabian Drilling Signs SAR 850 Million Investment in Three Onshore Drilling Rigs with Aramco

The Arabian Drilling Company announced Thursday the signing of long-term contracts for three onshore drilling rigs for unconventional gas with “Saudi Aramco” worth SAR 850 mln.

Arabian Drilling will supply three (3) new onshore drilling rigs with complete crews to carry out drilling and exploration operations within Aramco’s unconventional program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To clarify, the total number of contracted rigs after signing these contracts will be (48) onshore drilling rigs and (12) offshore units.

The company said that the term of the contract is 5 years from the date of the start of drilling operations, and it is expected that the financial impact of this contract will be reflected in Q1 of the fiscal year 2025.
