Americana BOD discusses approving financial results and distribution of profits on February 14

Americana Restaurants International PLC announced on Sunday that the Company will hold an online Board of Directors meeting at 3:00 pm (UAE local time) on Wednesday, 14th of February 2024, to consider, amongst other agenda items, the following: – Approval of 2023 financial results, Approval of dividends distribution proposal.

The Company indicated that in compliance with Resolution No (3) of 2000 concerning the regulations as to disclosure and transparency, the decisions adopted by the Board shall be disclosed immediately after the Board meeting.
