Ades Holding GA approves electing 3 BOD members

Ades Holding Company announced on Wednesday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly convened on Tuesday, revealing the approval to appoint three independent members from the pool of candidates for the vacant seats on the Board of Directors. This move aims to complete the current Board session, initiated on December 26, 2022, spanning a five-year term until December 26, 2027. The newly elected members are as follows:

1. Mr. Haitham Muhammed Abdulrhman Alfayez

2. Mohamed Walid Taoufik Cherif

3. Kamel Ben Naceur
