2P Secures SAR 200.9 Million Project to Enhance Ministry of Health’s Contact Centers

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services (2P) has been awarded a prestigious contract to operate the Ministry of Health’s contact centers for a period of 24 months, valued at SAR 200.9 million, inclusive of value-added tax. The project entails the activation, operation, and development of interactive omni-channels to enhance communication with beneficiaries. Through high-quality and efficient contact center services, 2P aims to support and facilitate communication with all stakeholders, enabling them to access detailed information about Ministry initiatives and provide feedback through various interactive channels. The scope of work includes the operation of the 937-contact center, employee contact center, business contact center, and Beneficiary Services Centre at the Ministry’s office.
