SPIMACO appoints Fahad Alrabiah as member of Audit Committee

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (“SPIMACO”) announced on Wednesday the Board resolution issued on 30 January 2024 regarding the appointment of Board member Dr. Fahad Abdulaziz Alrabiah as an independent member of the Audit Committee to complete the term of the current session of the Audit Committee, which ends on April 02, 2025.

According to the Company, Dr Fahad Alrabiah holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from King Saud University, an Arab Board in Internal Medicine and a Canadian Fellowship in Infectious Diseases from the University of British Columbia. He has held numerous positions, including CEO of the Saudi Diagnostics Company Limited.

He currently works as a Consultant of Infectious Diseases and Virologist at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Takhassusi International Holding Company and the Chairman of The Executive Committee and Chairman of the Resource Development Committee at the Referral Center in the Ministry of Health.
