SNB announces commencement of GA agenda items electronic voting

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) announced the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) as of Jan. 5, 2024 and continue until the end of the General Assembly, the registration and voting in Tadawulaty services will be available for all shareholder free of charge.

This comes further to the announcement made by the Saudi National Bank on the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Saudi Exchange) website on 10 December 2023 in relation to the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) scheduled to be on Thursday, 11 January 2024 at 18:30, by means of modern technology.
