Saudi Electricity Co agrees to elect 9 BOD members

Saudi Electricity Company announced on Wednesday to its shareholders the results of the 26th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which was held on Tuesday, when the items included approval of the election of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the term, which begins on 21/01/ 2024 for a period of 4 years and ends on 20/01/ 2028 AD, and elected Board members are:

1- H.E. Dr. Najm Abduallah Alzaid

2- Dr. Raed Nasser Alrayes

3- Mr. Walid Ibrahim Shukri

4- Eng. Scott Mathew Prochazka

5- Eng. Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Naim

6- Mr. Cheong, Seung-IL

7- Mr. Khalid Salem Alrowais

8- Dr. Mohammed Saeed Owayedh

9- Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Albalaihed

-Approve the amendment to the Audit Committee Charter.

– Approve the amendment to the Nomination & Remuneration Committee charter.
