Saudi Cable Company announces start of electronic voting on GA items

Saudi Cable Company Board of Directors announced commencement of the electronic voting on the Ordinary General Assembly items (First meeting) on Sunday, 07.01.2024 as of 1:00 am and continue until the end of the General Assembly.

This comes in reference to the announcement of Saudi Cable Company on Tadawul website on 21.12.2023 regarding the invitation of the Board of Directors to the shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled on Thursday 11.01.2024 at 6:30 pm in person at the company’s headquarters and through modern technology.
