SARCO announces resignation of BOD Chairman

Saudi Arabian Refineries Company Sarco announced on Wednesday the resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Prince Mohammed bin Khalid bin Turki Al Saud, (non-executive) from his presidency and membership in the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from it, provided that the resignation is effective from the date of 01/03/2024.

The Company explained that the reasons of resignation for personal reasons

The members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Refineries Company Sarco extend their thanks and appreciation to Prince Mohammed bin Khalid bin Turki Al Saud for his efforts in the company in the previous period, wishing him success.
