SAB announces resignation of Audit Committee member
The Saudi Awwal Bank announced on Tuesday the resignation of the Audit Committee member, Dr. Ammr Khaled Kurdi (Independent Non-Board committee member) from his position, effective from 22/01/2024, due to his work circumstances.
The Board of Directors and Audit Committee members extend their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ammr Khaled Kurdi and wish him continued success.
