Riyad REIT BOD member resigns

announced the resignation of Mohammed Abdulhamid Almubarak, an independent member of the Board. This change is effective from January 31, 2024.

Following this alteration, the composition of the Fund’s Board of Directors will be as follows:

1. Mr. Raed Ghaith Albarakati (Chairman – Non-Independent)
2. Mr. Abdullah Iyad Alfaris (Member – Non-Independent)
3. Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Alharbi (Member – Non-Independent)
4. Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Alahmad (Member – Non-Independent)
5. Mr. Walid Ali Alqassem (Member – Independent)
