On February 8, Naseej discusses amending bylaws to comply with new Companies Law

The Board of Directors of Naseej International Trading Company invited the Company’s shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (the First Meeting) which is scheduled to be held by means of modern technology, God willing, at 7:00 pm on Thursday, 08-02-2024.

The agenda:

– Voting to amend the Articles of the Association of the company to comply with the new Companies Law, and to rearrange the Articles of the Association and their numbering to comply with the proposed amendments.

The shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services may vote remotely on the agenda of the General Assembly Meeting starting at 01: 00AM on Sunday 04-02-2024 Until the time the general assembly meeting ends.
