Officially… “Jazadco” changes its name to “Jazan Development and Investment”
Jazan Energy and Development Company announced the official change of the company’s name from “Jazan Energy and Development” to “Jazan Development and Investment.” This is after completing all legal procedures to amend the company name, articles of association, and commercial registry, in accordance with the decision of the extraordinary general assembly held on December 26, 2023.
