MIS Announces Renewal, Amendment of Bank Facility with Saudi Investment Bank at SAR 136.8 mln
Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) Announced on Tuesday the renewal and amendment of the bank facility in compliant with Islamic Sharia with The Saudi Investment Bank at a value of 136.8 million riyals.
According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the agreement extends until April 30, 2024, and aims to finance new project contracts and issuance of letters of credit & guarantee.
