Malath Insurance BOD Chairman resigned

Malath Insurance Company announced on Monday the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Al-Ammari, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on Sunday, January 7, 2024, corresponding to 25 Jumada Al-Thani 1445H, from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors for personal reasons.

He will continue as a non-executive board member, and the resignation will be effective from that date. The board will announce the appointments to the board of directors after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.”
