Etihad Atheeb announces publication of priority rights issue prospectus

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) announced on Tuesday the availability of information related to the offering before the Extraordinary General Assembly, scheduled at 7 pm on Tuesday (06/02/2024).

This Comes with reference to the approval of the Capital Market Authority to increase the capital of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) (the “Company”) by an amount of 250 million Saudi riyals through the issuance of rights issue.
