CMCER appoints Mohammed Yanouri as CEO after Hasan Joudah resignation

Canadian Medical Center (CMCER) announced on Monday the resolution of its Board of Directors to accept the resignation of Mr. Hasan Joudah, from his position as Chief Executive Officer, due to his own circumstances, while he will remain as a board member.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, Mr. Mohammed Yanouri has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective from this resolution date.

The Board of Directors extends its thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hassan Joudah for his distinguished efforts and contributions during his work as Chief Executive Officer and his effective contribution to developing the company’s business, wishing him further success.
