Amlak opens nominations for BOD membership ‎

Amlak International Finance Company announced the opening of nominations for membership in the company’s Board of Directors for the next session, which begins on June 4, 2024, for a period of 3 calendar years and ends on June 3, 2027.

Those wishing to nominate themselves for membership in the Board of Directors, and who meet the conditions and qualifications for membership, may submit their candidacy applications in accordance with the details contained in this announcement, noting that nominations open today and end on January 31, 2024.

It must meet the conditions and criteria for membership according to the details contained in the membership policies, standards and procedures of the Board of Directors

Nomination requirements:

‎1. A written request signed by the candidate explicitly declaring his desire to run for membership in the Council according to the attached form.

‎2. An introduction to the candidate that includes his CV, qualifications and experience in the field of the company’s business or the activities of financial institutions.

  1. A statement of the joint-stock companies in which he is still a member of the boards of directors
  2. A summary of the names of companies or institutions in which he participates in management or ownership, directly or indirectly, and which carries out business similar to the company’s business.
  3. An explanation of any kinship or other relationship that links him to one of the company’s major stockholders, or to one of its external auditors.
  4. A statement of existing contracts and deals with the company or any interests he has in it, directly or indirectly
  5. Attach a copy of the passport and national ID for Saudis, and a copy of the passport and resident ID for non-Saudis.
  6. Fill out and sign the suitability form issued by the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and attach it to the nomination application, provided that the form is sent in (WORD) and (PDF) format. The form can be obtained by visiting the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia website.
  7. Fill out the disclosure form No. (3) issued by the Capital Market Authority and attach it to the nomination application. The form can be obtained through the website of the Capital Market Authority.

‎10. Fill out the two independence forms (according to the definition of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and the Capital Market Authority) and attach them to the nomination application.

‎11. Copy of official academic certificates

‎12. Any other additional information or documents that the company may later request.
