America to get 3 million barrels of oil to fill the strategic reserve
The US Department of Energy said in a statement on Wednesday that it will request proposals for 3 million barrels of high-sulfur crude oil produced in the United States for delivery in April to fill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
