Almujtama Medical contracts with Bright Screens for supply and installation of display screens at SAR 1.7 million

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. announced the Board of Directors’ approval on concluding an agreement with Bright Screens Company, a single-person company with commercial registration No. 4030496645 and wholly owned by Muhammad Omar Yousef Khojah, a related party. The contract involves the supply and installation of display screens for the company’s branches, amounting to 1.7 million riyals.

The company stated that the scope of the deal encompasses the supply and installation of screens for 80 branches, complete with a two-year warranty. The company anticipates a positive impact on its sales and marketing efforts as a result of this initiative.

Key related parties involved in this transaction include:

1- Mr. Omar Yousef Khojah, Chairman of the Board of Directors

2- Mr. Youssef Omar Khojah, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

3- Pharmacist/ Abdul Aziz Omar Khojah, Member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director

This decision is in accordance with the licence granted to the Board of Directors by the General Assembly on June 18, 2023. The licence empowers the Board with the authorities of the General Assembly, as outlined in the first and second paragraphs of Article Twenty-Seven of the Companies Law, valid for a period of one year from the date of the Assembly.
