Alkhorayef Greenlights Establishment of Package 6 Environmental Services Company

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. announced on Monday its formal approval for the creation of a limited liability company in Riyadh, effective January 21, 2024. The newly established entity, named “Package 6 Company for Environmental Services,” also referred to as the “Project Company,” is set up with a registered capital of 100,000 Saudi riyals. Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company holds full ownership, accounting for 100% of the capital.

This initiative is geared towards undertaking the LTOM Package 6 – Heet and Al-Hayer STPs Project. Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. disclosed on Tadawul that any financial impact or further developments related to this project will be communicated in due course.
