Al-Othaim Investment inks training deal for Junior Associate Diploma Program with Saudi Logistics Academy

Al-Othaim Investment Company signed a training agreement for the Junior Associate Diploma Program in Employment with the Saudi Logistics Academy to train, qualify and build the capabilities of (100) candidates for employment with the company in the available specializations that suit the jobs offered to national competencies of both genders.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Ziyad Al-Madra’a, CEO of Shared Services at Al-Othaim Investment Company, on behalf of Al-Othaim Investment, and on behalf of the Saudi Logistics Academy, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Abdul Karim, CEO of the Academy.

Mr. Ziyad Al-Madra’a stressed that signing the joint cooperation agreement with the Saudi Logistics Academy comes within the framework of the strategic vision of Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Group, and in support of the efforts made by national companies to provide more training and qualification opportunities for Saudi youth, and to prepare a generation of qualified cadres in various fields and specializations. Providing the capabilities that help develop professional skills and keep pace with modern developments and requirements. It advances sustainable development requirements in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Al-Madraa appreciated the efforts undertaken by the Academy to achieve the goals of the national strategy in the field of logistics services and its interest in empowering national competencies.

The Saudi Logistics Academy CEO, Dr. Abdullah Al-Abdulkarim extends his sincere thanks to Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company for their usual support of nationalization programs, especially the localization of the logistics sector, and their confidence in the academy’s outputs, as we look forward to a firm and continuous partnership to achieve the goals of the Queen’s Vision 2030 to become a global logistics center.
