Al-Akaria renews facility agreement with Saudi Awwal Bank for SAR 200 mln

Saudi Real Estate Co. announced on Monday that the renewal and increase of a bank facilities agreement complaint with Islamic Sharia with Saudi Awwal Bank with 200 million Saudi Riyal, and the financing duration is 360 Days, this for the purpose of issuing LCs and LGs to support working capital financing.

The Company said today on Tadawul that the guarantees offered for the financing are represented by Promissory note.
