3rd Edition of Future of Real Estate Forum to Open on January 22nd

The third edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum is scheduled to commence in Riyadh from January 22 to 24, centering around the theme “The Power of Resilience: Building a Sustainable and Prosperous Real Estate Future.” With participation from 85 countries, the forum will feature 300 speakers representing both government and private sector

in addition to a group of economists, investors, decision-makers and experts of the real estate sector system at the local and international levels. The forum will be under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The Ministry’s official spokesperson, Saif bin Salem Al-Suwailem, said: “The third edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum comes from the importance of the real estate industry as one of the most important economically and socially active development industries, and as an extension of the vital role of the forum in opening new horizons of knowledge and exchanging local and international expertise and experiences. Al-Suwailem expressed his welcome to all countries, entities and personalities participating in the forum.

Al-Suwailem added: “The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing a global real estate and urban renaissance through its major and diverse projects and continuous development efforts. This forum is an opportunity to review many success stories, in addition to discussing the best international practices and the latest technologies and ways to activate them. It will also contribute to promoting sustainable development towards a more developed and bright future.”

Through more than 30 dialogue sessions and 25 workshops, the forum will discuss a range of important strategic themes, focusing on new innovations and developments in the real estate industry. It will also discuss the major new challenges and opportunities and emerging trends in real estate. Furthermore, the forum will discuss sustainable financing solutions, the impact of natural factors on the real estate industry, and its role in improving the quality of business.
