“Halwani Bros.” renews a credit facility agreement with “Saudi Fransi” for SR150 million
Halwani Bros. Company announced the signing of a renewal of a Sharia-compliant banking facilities agreement with the Banque Saudi Fransi for 150 million riyals, with the aim of working capital financing facilities.
The company said that the financing period is until the end of October 2024 and is renewed annually, in exchange for a guarantee of a promissory note for the total value of the facilities.
